The Great Lakes Environmental Finance Center (GLEFC) is one of six university-based, environmental finance centers established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The GLEFC's primary mission is to help state and local governments and private sector organizations devise effective financing strategies for environmental improvement projects. Cross-sector collaboration and strategic partnering activities are at the core of the center's two focused areas of activities: brownfield site cleanup and redevelopment and industrial pollution prevention financing.Downloads
