Abstract

We trust you will find the broad topics covered in the articles of this special issue of the Journal of Legal Aspects of Sport both timely and thought-provoking, and we want to thank the contributing authors as well as guest editors Barbara Osborne and Anita M. Moorman for helping create such an impactful contribution to the body of literature on legal issues in college athletics.

Thomas A. Baker, III, JD, PhD, is an associate professor in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Georgia and the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Legal Aspects of Sport. 

Natasha Brison, Texas A&M University

Natasha Brison, JD, PhD, is an associate professor in the Department of Kinesiology & Sport Management at Texas A&M University and the associate editor of the Journal of Legal Aspects of Sport.
