Abstract
On average seventy to eighty percent of employment is found through networking and of those positions only twenty percent are advertised publicly. With a national recession, most college graduates or professionals experiencing a career change are facing increasingly stiff competition. It is important to find a way to make yourself stand out in the pack. This article addresses a few simple, non-traditional techniques to securing the job you want.
