Abstract
This Report will focus on only one aspect of I ndiana’s judicial system: its trial courts, which resolve the overwhelming number of cases filed in Indiana’s courts. This Report will first briefly introduce the trial courts, then turn to their financ ial status, and finally consider whether it may be appropriate to revise their funding situation.Published
